I am absolutely satisfied and pleased with the service I received from BootsE. I placed an order just a few days before Christmas for a pair of Ugg boots which were a Christmas gift. The order was sent late in the evening and I received it 7 days after ordering. There was no charge for shipping (which I didn't realize any company would do)and the speed was unbelievable. I've been thinking for some time about getting a pair of UGG boots, since my wife, daughter, and granddaughters swear by those. I finally broke down and got this pair and I must say I'm delighted. They are my most comfortable winter shoes and they fit perfectly.

I love these boots! I got them in chocolate last year and they're still in great condition. I have huge feet and Uggs always fit if I order the largest size (11 in boots and 12 in slippers) I love having them in the winter!

These are great! Super soft, high quality. They seem to run a touch big and they wear in nicely. Get the protector spray so you don't have to worry about stains. This Nickel color is a rich color between the darker choice of a brown and the super light sand color. Gives you a neutral look without having to worry as much about the dirt.
